Privacy Policy

The short version

GolfSetups doesn't use cookies, doesn't run analytics or advertising trackers, doesn't have user accounts, and doesn't have a single form on the site that submits anywhere. There isn't much to collect, and nothing here collects it.

What actually happens when you visit

• Hosting logs. GolfSetups is served by Cloudflare Pages, which — like essentially any web host — logs standard request data (IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp) for operating and securing the service. GolfSetups doesn't have separate access to a per-visitor analytics dashboard built on this; it's infrastructure-level logging, not a tracking feature of the site itself.
• Fonts. Page text uses Google Fonts, loaded directly from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com. Loading a font from Google's own servers means Google receives the request in the same way any server receives a request for something it hosts — standard for the vast majority of sites that use web fonts, and disclosed here rather than left out because it's easy to overlook.
• Nothing else third-party. No analytics scripts, no advertising pixels, no social media embeds, no session recording, no A/B testing tools.

Contacting us

The "report an error" and "contact" links on this site are mailto: links — they open your own email client with a pre-filled draft. Nothing is sent to GolfSetups unless you choose to actually send that email, and it goes to one real inbox, read by one person. Whatever you put in that email is handled like any other personal correspondence: not sold, not added to a mailing list, not shared with anyone else.

Links to other sites

Player and gear pages link to the original source articles equipment claims are drawn from, and some product pages link to a retailer or manufacturer. Those are other people's websites, with their own privacy practices — this policy only covers GolfSetups itself.

Changes to this policy

If what the site actually does ever changes in a way that affects this page — say, a future feature that does use cookies or an account system — this page will be updated to match before that feature ships, not after.
